case feeder for rl550b
Quote from Reloader on February 1, 2016, 2:23 amCan you use one case feeder to do both large and small pistol calibers? I noticed that they have a small and large version. Do you have to buy a large and a small caliber case feeder or just switch out the shell plate to convert from large to small?

Quote from Reloader on February 1, 2016, 5:42 pmYou only need to swap the case feeder plate (but don't forget the caliber-specific casefeeder adapter).

Quote from Reloader on February 1, 2016, 7:37 pmIf you order a case feeder for the 550 you get both plates one for small pistol and one for large pistol.
My wife bought me the case feeder for the 550 a few years ago and got both plates.
I load 9mm,38super, 38/357,45acp,45 colt, and 44 mag.

Quote from Reloader on June 1, 2017, 12:58 pmWhen you have a 550 with a casefeed, each caliber has a specific casefeed disc (plate), casefeed adapter, and station 1 location insert. Some items may be interchangeable, but that is dependent on the calibers you're changing. Take a look at the casefeed manual online to see the difference between the calibers. This is in addition to the caliber conversion kit that changes the pins, funnel, and shell plate.
