case feeder parts

The triangular shaped actuator (p/n 97082 in the owners manual) for the casefeed arm broke out at the bolthole at the base , is there a revised part that can be had and if so,will it be covered under warranty? I made a makeshift replacement out of wood but it's already got a nice groove started in the face of it. Anybody else have this problem too?
