Case feeder support arm
Quote from Reloader on September 28, 2019, 1:03 pmThis is my first press. When assembling the case feeder support support arm seem to be a few inches too short. Picture link below. Did I assemble wrong, or it it the wrong size?

Quote from Reloader on September 30, 2019, 4:57 pmIt appears that the holes where the case feed post mounts to the frame are in the wrong spot. Please email this photo to sales@dillonprecision.com and include your name and address so we can send you a replacement post.

Quote from Reloader on October 9, 2019, 5:51 pmFWIW. I got mine on 9/30. It was shipped a week prior to that.
You MIGHT want to look at the Wire Form (Link) that runs the primer shuttle or feeder. That wire form has been "revised".
There is a NEW part number and they also revised the small or upper pulley or guide that it runs or lines up with.
If you have the handle in the UP position.....then push on the wire form or the link where it enters the holding block or mount on the top. There is a small step or ledge to the right. That is supposed to shim it out properly.
NOW, holding that wire form in place and making sure it is all the way to the LEFT (the wire touching the stop or ledge), LOOK DOWN at the two pulleys.
Mine jammed like crazy. I bent it a little. The wire form does NOT line up with the small guide or upper pulley and it will (could) push the lower pulley into the primer feeder housing. THAT IS A PITA.
SO....parts on order.....no need to bend further.
ALSO, if you have issues with the cases in the shell plate or holder NOT going in all the way, call Dillon. There is a simple adjustment of the plastic rod that comes down. BUT, you need to be on the phone to understand the two step adjustment. Mine is NOW correct and feeds MUCH better.

Quote from Reloader on March 24, 2020, 8:40 pmI have the same issue as the 3rd post. The 41mag case hang up right at the end/opening of the case drop arm and leaves an empty place in the shell plate. i have played with this but unsure if I should just mod the plastic insert for the case size.
