case flare

When i start, the cases flare fine, when stations are full, case is not flaring enough???? usually within ten rounds it starts this,any ideas/solutions????

Adjust the case flaring with a fired case in station 1. This ensures the same upward pressure on the toolhead as you will have when reloading. We suggest you flare the case mouth at least .010" larger than a sized, unflared case mouth measures, up to .020".
