hi all,
im still a bit new to reloading and have just started having issues with the case coming out of the shell plate and jamming in the stage 1 die. is this due to a worn out shell plate or could it be something wrong with the stage 1 die?? i have had a look and the shell plate dose look a bit burred in places and the die looks fine... the press is a few years old and has done a lot of work for myself and my brother in-law, who has had the press since new.

i've attached a link to a photo of the press showing the jammed case and shell plate.(hope it works.. 🙂

another question would be are these parts covered under warranty and if so do you have a warrant agent in Australia??
