Casefeed conversions

I have a casefeeder for my 550 and am curious as to why you do not have a conversion for the .380. I have used the 9mm but I had to lift the cases with a small screwdriver so it would feed one into the loader. Is there another way to run .380s through the casefeeder? Thank you.

As you found out, 380s do not feed reliably through the case feeder due to their size. We couldn't improve the reliability, hence we don't offer a conversion.
