Casefeed spacer washer

My casefeeder is set up for .38 Special, which according to the caliber conversion chart, the spacer washer is required and therfore it is installed under the pistol plate.

Will this installed spacer washer have any negative effect on the proper feeding orientation of .45ACP cases?

Remove the washer for 45ACP use, as it can reduce the speed at which the notches fill. For 38 Spl the washer isn't required, although it is for 357 magnum
