casefeeder jams up

My case feeder for my 550 constantly jams up with 9mm brass at the top funnel. Is there a fix for this?

The most common cause for this is the case feeder is swaying during operation, which flips the case on it's side in the funnel. It might be necessary to brace the case feed bowl to a nearby wall to reduce this movement.

Ok. I have the bowl well secured at the top and it doesn't move. But, the brass now bungs up in the lower chamber that has the power switch.
