Cases Slide Back from Station One

About 20% of the time, when the case insert slide pushes a case into station 1, when I move the handle back down, the case will move back with the case insert slide slightly. This causes it to not feed into the sizing die without me manually pushing it into position. It happens will all of my toolheads and dies sets. I've added a thrust bearing and tightened down the shellplate which reduced the incidence from 40% to 20%.

Do others have this problem, and how have you solved it?

I had the same problem due to the slide pushing too much on the case when inserting into the shell plate.

When the handle was brought back the case would rock back and not be fully inserted.

Adjust the slide to just push the case into the shell plate without any extra travel WITH THE HANDLE fully forward as in seating a primer.  You’ll find this in the manual.

I'll try that, thanks!

I'm having the same problem, station 1 is intermittently contacting & stopping on the case top.

I've looked through the manual a couple of times and don't see this adjustment.

Can you provide a paragraph or page number?

This is my last fix, everything else if running great so far.

Running my first load on the chrono tomorrow.
