This is not an issue with Dillon it's a primer issue. I don't know how common this is because I don't use many CCI primers mostly Federal, Fiocchi and Winchester. A buddy of mine was reloading on my xl750 with my supervision and had a bunch of CCI small pistol primers with small burrs or flashing around the mouth of the primers. I now have several primer pick up tubes that are trash and could be small bombs if not disposed of properly. Dillon is replacing my primer tubes free of charge.
