CFE 223 powder spilling out

I am old school, still using the RL-450 press I bought from Dillon back in the 80s. Recently I purchased a jug of CFE 223 powder to try out and I find its making a big mess. It's so fine it finds its way though all the gaps and spaces around the powder bars, makes a big mess on my press and work bench. How can I cure this problem?

Would it help if you used the larger powder bar. I was having that problem loading 30-30. Somehow a maxed out bar will spill.

Use the large powder bar.
