Changing out Powder Check system

Hey Guys,

Benn reloading for awhile but not compfortable with changing out alot of the parts.  My Powder Check desentrgrated on me (sp) and I am replace the alert part - I have punched out the pin that it pivots on but I am aprehensive to try and hammer the new one in - how would I remove that whole part so I can lay the check system flat against something solid to hammer the pin in?  Am I making sense?

If I understand what you are asking, you detach the powdercheck from the die it is clamped to by first removing the bolt threaded up into the bottom of the black steel pushrod (that pushed up on the bottom of the blue plastic housing), then remove the small button-head screw that goes through the upside-down L shaped alloy bracket. Then the PCK can be lifted off of the toolhead.
