Coke Bottle 9mm

Why?
All dillon dies
Set up correctly
Do I need a different Size die to solve the problem?

Not a problem at all. 9mm is a tapered case, not a straightwall. When the case is sized, the case neck portion is sized tighter than the bullet diameter. This is so the bullet is securely held by the case mouth. The outside diameter of the case is smaller where the bullet stops going down into the case. This ensures the bullet is not pushed back into the case when the cartridge is chambered. The loaded cartridges chamber and fire just fine.

I am loading Berrys Plated 147s for some subs for suppressed shooting.
I guess the fact that they are .356 is making them look strange also.
They all chamber and shoot fine. The 750 is a stellar machine.

No question, the longer bearing surface of the 147 grain bullets exaggerates the coke-bottle shape.  The .001" difference in diameter really doesn't make a significant difference.
