Couple of problems
Quote from Reloader on May 4, 2008, 9:50 amHi to all
I have just purchased a XL650 and after setting it up have noticed that a few things are not quite right with my unit the first one is that the adjusting allen screw for the case feeder slide was loose and the cases would not move into position when the handle was used it was a trial and got it working ok after awhile was this left loose for any reason ?But my main problem is that the powder feed system which has a bent Slotted Bellcrank which catches on the body of the powder feed near the powder bar and tends to jam the unit up and give inconstant powder throws If I tried to bend it out it would surely crack the powder housing has anyone else had this happen to them and if so did they fix themselves or ask Dillon for a replacement
Regards

This is the locking linkage, that prevents accidental double charges by blocking the powder bar from picking up another powder charge until the shellplate has started to rotate. Proper adjustment is discussed beginning on page 23 in the manual.
