Crushing hulls

Love the blue.

SL900 is perfect 90% but 1in 10 is crushing hull. What am I missing? What should I be looking for? Thanks in advance.

At what stage is the hull crushed? Are you running all one brand or mixed hulls? What wad are you using? Figure -8 wads can cause this.
