Quote from Reloader on August 13, 2014, 8:15 pmYou are right on. Stay away from Dillons. 5 days since my credit card charged and no information on shipping and could not reach anyone in Customer Service until today. Rep, if you can call him that, gave me the patent line of should ship in next couple days. I askedwhen does that really mean and he said he didn't have a crystal ball. He then had the nerve to say it is not his fault I ordered on line as they do not connect to that service which is poor. I should have called in the order. You have to be kidding me, like why do i care. I am working with VISA to reverse that order, also have a guaranty with this card and contacting our State DA office to file a complaint. I needed to replace two reloading machines but not here. Mad but will get even.

For some facts on your complaint:
1) Your order was placed online Sunday, Aug. 10 at 2:51PM.
2) The website states it can take 2 business days to process your order.
3) Your order was processed Tuesday, Aug 12.
4) Your credit card was charged when the order shipped, on Aug 13.
All of these events fall within our normal parameters and policies.
You can carry out all your threatened courses of action, but you will only succeed in making this a much bigger headache for yourself as the only problem here is your own impatience. Since we do not operate at a speed satisfactory to you, we encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

Quote from Reloader on August 18, 2014, 6:09 pmthis guy is probably just an anti-gunner trying to through a great company under a bus for nothing. DA wouldnt even handle this kind of complaint it would be a different government entity that handles business complaints. notice how long he had to go back. A year and a half to find a thread that was somewhat negative to post to. don't sweat it dillion you don't really run things like a huge company which can cause some hicups but the attention to detail you guys put in to your product is worth a few bumps in the road. it also lets us know you guys arent robots.

Quote from Reloader on August 19, 2014, 5:06 pmThanks for the positive feedback guys. I debated long and hard over our reply before hitting the send button.
We have no reason to believe he is an anti-gun type guy but it is our guess he apparently had a critical need for some moon clips and accessories for a match.
He never ordered from us before, did not read on the website about the order processing time and did not select a priority shipping method. He probably expected to receive the items in Georgia in the same week. Shipping time to Georgia from Arizona is usually 4-5 business days. All of these were assumptions on his part and no fault of Dillon Precision.
Sometimes you just can't make someone happy and at some point it just isn't worth the grief. We work hard to do our very best and sometimes problems develop or mistakes are made. In this case, everything about the order went according to our normal practices and policies and we were just getting hassled over a fairly small first time order that just wasn't worth the aggravation.
