If email is caught up to the 19th i assume you have lost or ignored it. I'm happy to call the local number again although that's the route I've taken each time.

If your making a lot of money you should be able to hire more people so you won't lose a sale like mine. The funny thing is that I was only missing a couple of items worth a whopping $40.
I got the same. I was on hold for an hour, then the CS rep answered and amazingly the call got dropped. Now I'm back in line at 25. This time I'll get a RMA and ship my $2000 purchase back to you. If your that busy then you must be making a lot of money. If your making a lot of money you should be able to hire more people so you won't lose a sale like mine. The funny thing is that I was only missing a couple of items worth a whopping $40.
