Just wanted to say, "Thanks!", to Dillon for taking care of my powder measure problem.  You guys were great!  For everyone else as background, my Dillon powder measure which was at least 25 yr.s old, quit working properly.  I called Dillon and explained the problem.  I was told to mail the powder measure in, which I did.  I very shortly received back a brand new powder measure at no charge!  Boy, you sure can't beat that!!  Again, THANKS DILLON!!!

 I ruined a part and it was all my fault, but Dillon sent a replacement totally free including shipping. I had my press back up in days. No problems the man says...

i had an issue with the primer feed return spring. they sent a new one and fast. thanks Dillon.

I broke the white nylon part that goes on the powder charge rod, called the support line and three days later had a free replacement. In todays world it's hard to get any kind of service, this is the second time I have needed a part and Dillon is there no questions asked. I wish all companies worked like this.

I picked up a 550 today and when I got home with it found that a couple parts was missing.  Small parts that the shop I got it from had lost I guess cause the had it as a display model... I called Dillon and they told me they are sending me what im missing.  I thank Dillon because they didn't mess up but are making my purchase right on their dime even tho the store I got it from should be eating the cost.  Top Notch customer service!  Ill be spending several more $$$ with Dillon because they stand behind others mistakes I know they will back up their own!
