Customer Service...Not what I expected

Quote from Reloader on August 18, 2019, 4:02 pmI can give credit to where credit is due... I have SD,550 and 650. Ive been doing business with Dillon since about 1992..Probably called at least a dozen time with questions and warranty issues since then and never had anything but sincere, helpful and polite customer service. If I had any more space in my reloading room Id buy another Dillon product in a heart beat!

Sorry you had so many problems. I hope you get them sorted.I have owned three Dillons, 2 x 550's and a 650. I always knew they did not come with dies. My first press was pre internet and the no die thing was clear, to me, then.
Luckily I haven't needed to contact Dillon for anything, yet. A friend contacted Dillon about a broken part and they just sent it to him, free, as expected.
Good luck with your problem(s).
