Long way to the point - I called Dillion today on a priming problem that has developed recently. Greeted promptly and professionally on the phone, treated like a friend - not just a customer. Parts are in the mail with zero hassle. I've rarely had to lean on Dillion support over the past 15 years, but on the few times I have the experience has been great.
There just aren't many companies that provide Dillion level support - they really set the bar. This is one of the few things I've bought that I could really defend as an investment.
