CAL E indicates that one or more of the load cells are damaged. Additional attempts to recalibrate won't correct this. If you have purchased this directly from us within the last 30 days, then we will exchange it for you. If longer than 30 days, or if purchased from a dealer, then contact CED in PA for replacement.
