D-Terminator won't calibrate
Quote from Reloader on December 5, 2008, 7:07 pmI bought my D-T at the Company store a couple of weeks ago while visiting Phoenix. I just got around to unwraping and setting it up to calibrate. I've carefully followed the directions on page 3 & 4 of the instruction pamphlet several times, but when I get to step 4 the display goes to "CAL F" for a couple of seconds, then before I can remove the calibration weight the screen display's "771.7g". When I remove the weight the scale goes to 0.0g but when I replace the weight the scale reads 771.7g again. What's up?

Quote from Reloader on December 5, 2008, 9:52 pmIt sounds like one or more of the load cells are damaged. Nothing you can do (or us for that matter) to fix it. CAll or e-mail us, we will arrange to get that scale picked up and exchanged. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Quote from Reloader on December 8, 2008, 5:09 pmThat would be fine. If you bring it in through the retail store, no RMA is necessary. We'll just exchange it.
