Damaging shells

I just changed the reloader from 38 to 9mm. When I tested powder loads I had no problems, but when there is a case in station three to load bullet station 2 damages the next case by crushing the side of the case. If I could post a picture I would. How should I fix the problem?

My first guess is you have a wrong locator pin installed at position 3. For 9mm, you need #3 pins

Had this problem with some .30 Carbine cases recently. Tall thin cases. The bolt through the shell holder plate was not tight enough and the plate would move from the force from the seater causing the case in station 2 to no align properly with the powder/expander die. Destroyed the case. Took the toolhead off and tightened the center bolt to where the shell holder would just turn freely without binding. Very sensitive adjustment. Problem gone. Sounds like possibly the same issue.
