declined credit cards

twice now my credit debit card has been approved by the bank and declined by dillon precision, WHY?

At other sites on line, sometimes if your shipping and billing addresses are different, this will cause a decline. I called them up and they did a manual entry to my profile and now no issues. I am not sure if Dillon can do this or not.

With online orders, the billing and shipping addresses must match exactly, or the order will be rejected. If you order by phone, we can process the card and then ship to a different address.
