Deep cleaning

I've got my SDB all torn down and was wondering what would be the best way to deep clean the frame (and other parts) to remove all the goobers, grease, goblins, nuclear waste and ebola viruses that are hiding in the nooks and crannies? Hot soapy water, break cleaner or some other effective way that Dillon recommends....

You can use brake cleaner, or 409 and a nylon bristled cleaning brush to degunkify your machine. We do have a couple of videos that outline cleaning and lubing your Square Deal.
