deformed cases

After running 150 38. spl. through my 650, I found ten of them had severely deformed cases.

What caused this? I have pics.

Need much more information. At what point in the loading process were the cases deformed? Using what brand of dies? Exactly how are the cases deformed? Strongly suggest you email the pics to us, along with as much detailed information as you can.
