Deformed Conversion Shell holder plate

Tonight when I started to use ( for the first time) I found a 38 Special/357 Conversion Plate (#2) with deformed ears on the open ends of the plate. A 38 special shell will not fit into the slot. It appears the drop/stamp press was a bit off.
Has any one ran into this? This on two of the four openings.

I have never run across any manufacturing errors with Dillon equipment but, no matter how good a company is, occasionally a faulty part will slip through. I would contact Dillon. I am sure they will be happy to send you a replacement at no cost.
