Different primer brands feed differently

Been loading .40 sw, 9mm, and 357's with a 550-B. I have always used CCI 500's, but stores have been out, so trying different brands. I've tried Federal, Winchester, and Sellier &Bellot brands. CCI and Federal feed and seat like a dream. Winchesters seat OK but seem to hang up in the primer feed tube and have to push down on the plunger often to seat them in the cup, occasionally pushing out 2. The Sellier & Bellot are horrible. They have all the problems I had with Winchester, but seating them takes a ridiculous amount of pressure. They seem to have a flatter top and take up every molecular speck of space in the primer hole. Not looking to pulling that handle 900 more times. The only commonality between the Winchester and Sellier & Bellot is that they are brass, (or at least brass color), and Federal and CCI are aluminum, (my assumption since they're not magnetic). After running CCI or Federal again the machine works perfectly so I know the problem isn't the machine. I don't know if it's just a bad metal combo between brass primers and the tube causing friction, or if someone might know a solution to make these brass primers feed easier?

The silver primers are nickel-plated brass. The issue is that the frequency of out-of-round primers is higher with some brands than with others. It helps to periodically clean the inside of the primer tubes. Cut a small patch, about 3/8" x 3/8", wet it with alcohol, and use the follower rod to push it through the tubes several times.
