Difficulty on the downstroke

I'm currently loading 9mm and when I come back down to the press, I quite frequently have to use a fair amount of force to complete the stroke resulting in powder spray.  Any Ideas how to correct this?

The cases are sticking to the powder funnel. This is common with new brass and wet-cleaned brass in particular, as it lacks any carbon residue on the inside of the case neck, which acts as a lubricant on the powder funnel.  Every 25 or so rounds, wipe off the expander portion of the funnel with a scotchbrite pad to prevent brass buildup.

Just moved up to a Dillon progessive 750 from a single station red machine and most of my cases are clinging for dear life to the flair on the powder funnel. scotch bright helped some, however I also steped up to carbide dies. Do i need to go back to a small lube to prevent this case sticking?

There are a bunch of videos on YouTube, everything from shortening to polishing the expander.  I searched for words Dillon, funnel, and sticking and got a bunch of matches, even some that were relevant but didn't include all those words!

AWESOME!

I've been loading on Dillon equipment for over 30 years . Place a few hundred clean cases in a plastic bag and  spray a small amount of One Shot case lube on them and shake . The lube will dry in few min. and won't need to be removed after loading.
