My Dillon bullet feeder doesn’t turn under load. It rotates when empty or when very few bullets are in the hopper. But it no longer turns when it’s loaded with a reasonable amount of bullets. I have it set at angle 3 to take as much load off as possible, but it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?
