Dillon Customer Service

Just to let other reloaders know... Dillon customer service is the best compared to typical service you receive from others.   I have a Dillon Terminator digital scale that was out of warranty by several months when it started going spastic.  Dillon advised to send it in for evaluation and they replaced it free of charge - no questions asked.  Where else do you find this kind of support in today's business world?  The new scale works better than the original and I am a happy camper!  All of my other Dillon equipment (550B) works exceptionally well and I feel totally safe using it to reload a wide variety of rounds.  Thanks Dillon! 

They are great. They just sent me a rebuild kit for my 550 at no cost now it works great

Not sure I agreed with comments about Dillon customer service. I been waiting for a Dillon 550C reloader for a few months now.

Dillon is no different than any other company trying to keep up with production during current times. They are dependent on other companies to provide materials needed to build their presses and their suppliers maybe running way behind as is most everyone else.

Yes, they are depending on other companies for materials to produce their awesome products but they can control if they follow through with returning phone calls to customers. Unless COVID has infected their phone system too!

Dillon rep called back, he seemed nice and quickly pointed out that my order was only 12 weeks old not 14 weeks old and that the status was green and the item is still on back order.

Love Dillon Customer Service! I'm a Dillon reloader for life! Had a 1050 since the mid 80s and have had nothing but above & beyond customer service ever since.
