Dillon Europe experience

I ordered a complete XL650 from Dillon Europe in Nederlandand paid it
in full August 23rd with wire transfer.
Called and E-mailed them several times without response.
Finally on September 30th I finally got hold on Loek and he told me that
my order will ship out on October 1st.
Received my order on October 6th and it was short. The 9mm conversion
kit and spare rifle & pistol decapping pins was missing.

When I contacted Loek about this, he told me that it is an other 2 weeks until
he can ship the 9mm conversion kit. Told him to refund me the conversion kit
and send the decapping pins he has in stock. After making me waiting for 7 weeks,
he couldn't check my order so that all what I ordered and paid, would be shipped.
I have now bought this conversion kit elsewhere.

Reason why I write this is that I find it very strange that a company who has an
exceptional reputation, have a representative in Europe who has not a clue about
customer service. I will recommend to everybody that never deal with Dillon Europe,
Dillon equipment can be bought in Europe from other suppliers.

I suspect that this company is the official European Dealer for Dillon, but rather that they create this impression.

They are an authorized Dillon dealer. They are not the sole, official Dillon dealer in Europe.

Is this company still a Dealer?

I have the same expirience at the moment, I ordered online and got an (automatic) order confirmation.
payed the order in full within 15 min. and after that NOTHING,
I tried E-mail, I tried Phone, no response
Now searching on the web (something I should have done before I ordered) I find more people have the same problems with this company.

As a Cowboy Action Shooter we are regularly in the USA and we know Dillon is a high service company that really goes the extra mile for its customers, . (Dillon customer support is legendary within the CAS community)
“Dillonprecision Nederland” doesn’t seem to think along those same lines, their website says “Wij staan u graag telefonisch of per e-mail te woord.” Wich translated says something like “we will gladly answer/contact you via telephone or E-mail”

I won’t think less of the Dillon products, but this doesn’t reflect good on the service part of the brandname

They are no longer an authorized Dillon dealer. Their dealer status was revoked in 2015. If they fail to fulfill your order, we suggest contacting your local law enforcement authorities as well as your credit card provider.

I will start legal action this week, as i payed via a bank transfer, it will be very hard to do something about that, but I will at least try

but as a heads up, under te FAQ the website is still saying that he is a official dealer and thru the excessive use of the Dillon precision logo’s on the website an official link between Dillon Precision and http://www.dillonprecision.nl is at least suggested

I will still advise Dillon products to shooters on this side of the big pond as the products are great, but will tell people to stay far away from http://www.dillonprecision.nl
