Dillon New Style Dies to Big

I have a new set of Dillon 9mm Dies that don't fit in my RCBS press very well.  (They do fit my 650 tool head tho.)

These are the new style dies where the insert for the Seat die and the crimp die are removable with a clip.  The outside diameter of the removable insert is 0.784" and it drags the internal threads of the 7/8-14" hole in the RCBS press.  My older style Dillon dies work fine in this press.

It sort of seems like they were a slip fit until they were stamped with the Dillon part number and size information on the side of the dies which raised the surface.

Are they all like this now or do I have a bad set of dies?
Should I chuck them up in a lathe and take a few thousands off the OD?

Although the Dillon Dies should have a slightly smaller O.D. the  problem was with the RCBS press where the minor diameter was bored tight before threading so the peaks of the threads were causing interference.

A light sanding of the I.D. of the threads solved the issue.  But really, an 0.874" OD Die into a 0.875 ID Hole?  That seems a little tight for a reloading die.

A Belt sander on the raised imprint of the Dillon text and part numbers also helped.
