dimple on bullet tip

I have an issue when I want to shorten my OAL while making 9mm rounds
As long as my OAL is 1.11 or greater no problem.
Less then 1.11 I get a dimple on the very tip of the bullet head.
This happens with 115, 124, 147s.... copper plated, lead and black bullets.
What am I doing wrong

I suspect the pressure needed to seat the bullets that deep causes the tip of the bullet to compress up into the lube bleed hole in the center of the seat stem. Strictly cosmetic, I suppose you could plug this hole.
