E powder funnel sticking. 45 ACP.

I am having issues with the powder funnel sticking on the case during powder charge cycle. This is wet tumbled brass, very clean. A picture would do this post worlds of good. Once engaged fully in the case with correct flare the funnel is sticking inside the case, taked a pretty fair amount of pressure to get the funnel to come out. There is brass transfer on the end of powder funnel, verticle lines about 1/16th inch spacing all around the polished surface from tge front radius to the taper. In the past before loading a batch I usually take some 1200 grit emery cloth to smooth things back up and paper polish the tip up to the taper. It worked for a couple hundred rounds and then starts sticking. Its gotten to the point now it will run about 30 rounds before it starts to stick. Ive read about using automorive soap in my wet tumble to leave a wax residue, slightly lubricating this process. As of now. Im using a W funnel (if i remember corectly) meant for 40 cal to flare and powder charge. It works fine, but was curious if anyone has had issues with the gauling issue. The E funnel has roughly 6500 cycles on it. Like I said, a picture would do wonders here.

Norm.
