Erratic groups

I am loading Ranier Ballistics 115gr 9mm copper washed bullets. Using Titegroup with, I believe, 4.7 gr load. Bullets are keyholing. Groups are more like geographic regions. Any advice would be appreciated.

Keyholing indicates that excessive crimp is being applied. All you need to do is remove the flaring from the case. Back the crimp up a bunch and readjust it from scratch. This should correct the keyholing.
