FailSafe Rod 550C
Quote from Reloader on May 7, 2019, 6:58 amHi,
I'm trying to setup my new 550C with .223 Caliber conversion kit but my Failsafe Rod cannot be straight line, it always stays diagonal, cannot understand why.
The Powder Measure is working fine, already setup it to be working like it should but then i try to install the fail safe rod and it always stays in a diagonal way not straight line

Quote from Reloader on July 13, 2021, 10:56 amHad the same issue yesterday
called tech Support had to send a picture still
no response
Fixed it myself
The reason I called was this is the 2nd case of this I have known
of in 2 new presses my co-worker ordered from Dillon 2 weeks ago and had the same issue - also he fixed it himself
The purpose of my call is to expose a quality control issue

Quote from Reloader on September 13, 2021, 1:07 amIf the rod is not vertical, it means the powder die is towards Station 1 or 3. If it's centered, then the rod should be vertical. That's my take.
