Favorite .45acp loads?

Im awaiting the arrival of my Dillon 550-B Press, and looking forward to reloading .45acp and .223.
I have an 8 lb container of Winchester Ball 748, Winchester WSR Small Rifle Primers and Winchester 55gr FMJ-BT W/C.224 Bullets for my .223 reloading, and read that 26.5gr of powder will be a good load.
What suggestions do you have for bullets, powder and primers for .45acp?
 Thanks

Here is what I use. I have 200 grain plated round nose that I load with 4.8 grains of Winchester 231 and Winchester primers. Plated bullets load similar to a lead load so if you use FMJ you would need to correct for that. I taper to .4715 and use a OAL of 1.238.
Also, not sure if you are aware but Federal and others used small primers in some of their 45 loads. So, but advised that some of your casings may be for small primers and don't try to seat a large primer as I did once. I have used the same powder in the small primer 45 casings with some success but have decided to quit trying to reload them.
Hope this helps...
