Been waiting 4 days and no sign of it, did not get a response from an email I sent asking the status of my order and cannot get through on the phone without waiting 45 minutes. I hope this is only a 1 time thing and not the norm.

Kinda feel a little put of after paying extra for two day shipping. I will give them another chance but if it happens again I will just order from another supplier.
