First time Dillon owner

I just ordered my first blue press.  I am going from a lee progressive to now the XL650.  I got most of the extras but I am new to this forum and had 1 main question about my order.  I called and made my order, the guy on the phone seemed like a good guy but he took my name, address, phone number, and credit card information.  he didn't give me a confirmation number or ask for my email.  has anyone else had this issue?

Trust in the great folks @ Dillon. I have never had any issues of any kind. They have always exceeded my expecttations. Even times when I felt I should have had to buy something, they said don't worry about it, we are sending you another.

I've been a Dillon customer for 4 years, and own a XL650 and a SL900. The Dillon folks are great, and have always been helpful and professional. I wouldn't worry.

You will love the Dillon product and the people who run it. They are ALWAYS ready to help and they DO NOT hesitate to send parts for your re-loader when something breaks. It takes a little while sometimes for them to get to you on the phone - the line is long - but they are most helpful when they do answer - but hey, if they didn't have a great product you could get through quickly! Glad you are a Dillon head!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
