Forster/Redding Precision Mic Seater

I am looking at the purchase of a Forster or Redding precision setaer with the mic adjustable head. It is my understanding that the case support sleeve on these dies hangs below the die and it will interfere when the shell plate begins its rotation. This problem is noted when loading .308. I intend to use it loading 30-06 so I assume the problem may be more so.

Is this an issue that has been met and conquered by anyone. Does Dillon have any experience with using a mic seater on the S1050?

Thank you for your time.

I tried to use a Redding 30-06 match seating die with a micrometer and the spring loaded sleeve on a 550B. The case with bullet on the shell plate is too high to clear the sleeve. The cartridge hits the sleeve when you rotate the shell plate. Looks to me that to use this die I will have to turn down the sleeve. Even so, the bullet will have to be tipped, pushed up into the die, and set on the case before seating.
