Frustrated!
Quote from Reloader on May 2, 2013, 5:38 pmAfter waiting 8 weeks to get my order complete ($1200 +) I discover that they sent me 2 .45 caliber conversion kits instead of my .357 dies, and now my 9mm #1 die lost its sizing ring. No way to reach Dillon by phone. Emailed a week ago and still no response. I know things are crazy but wow, this sucks.

Quote from Reloader on May 3, 2013, 12:59 amCall them when you have the time to wait. They will answer and yes waiting is frustrating but they are very helpful and will do right by you.
I waited 11 weeks for an order that cost more than yours and let me tell you, the waiting REALLY sucks. especially when things like the tumbler and media come in and the press is last. But man, once you get it, wow. Just wow. Love their products.

Quote from Reloader on May 3, 2013, 5:48 pmgoing on week 14 for my 650 and 357, 44, 45, 223, 308. Press and goodies($2500) arrived 3-19-13 without dies. Saw a charge to my cc today, but not enough money for all my dies. Amount works out to be for 3 pistol dies PLUS SHIPPING. Saw notice on Dillon website that indicates an additional charge for shipping on backordered dies now. That was not part of the deal when I placed my order in January. The waiting has been a pain but understandable. Not getting any dies in 14 weeks has been frustrating. The news that additional shipping charges have been added to my order is really frustrating. Reading the forums that people have been getting dies that have placed their order long after I placed my order is very, very frustrating. Three weeks ago, "Dillon Help" replied to my email asking about my dies with only "dies on backorder, several more weeks". I guess after I get all of my order, I hope I forget my new customer experience and start passing out the blue koolaid!
