Frustrated

I came into the Home store on Thursday this last week, yes 3 days ago, and purchased the Mr. Bulletfeeder in .40 S&W that was the last on the shelf. I also bought the .45 conversion kit for same and 1000 rounds of Berrys Bullets. I wanted to also get the 9mm conversion but alas it was out of stock. No worries “we get more” every month, just keep an eye on the website. Okay.
Here’s the rub, it was a busy weekend as I work in emergency services and holidays can be a bit busy. So earlier tonight after dinner I thought I’d go set up my new Bulletfeeder. So I look through the manual and the mount looks different. NOT THE NEW AND IMPROVED version as advertised online. So I check online and the videos all show the new mounting system that’s supposed to be more stable and improve production performance.
So why am I getting an outdated, less than adequate product for the same price as the new and improved right from the Home Offices Showroom. I drove clear across Phoenix in afternoon traffic to make this purchase and it’s more than frustrating to be swindled as a almost 40 year customer.
COVID or no COVID, I hope someone reaches out pretty quick on this. If they can find my information, I’ve changed it my last 3 purchases and “the system” can’t seem to handle it. Maybe time to invest in some new technology as well.
