Case lube and size die lube are the same thing. The lube used will not increase or decrease the amount of growth a case undergoes when it is sized. More importantly, are you using a headspace case gage to set your size die with? Using a gae makes sure you aren't sizing the case shoulder down too far, which increases case stretching.
