Getting desparate for parts
Quote from Reloader on April 1, 2013, 2:41 pmI've been trying to get a few warranty replacement parts in from Dillon for over a month now.
2/19 I sent in an issue with a .223/5.56 sizer die
3/11 I sent another email about a broken part on the automatic priming system on my xl650, and then the spring that moved the arm that pulls the next piece of brass from the feed tube broke. So my 650 will not automatically feed brass and will not seat primers anymore. This has been going on for a month and I can't do anything with this press anymore. And to make matters worse, the indexing arm on my super 1050 suffered a failure at ~115k rounds and will no longer index the shell carrier on that. so I'm looking at the end of April to get my main machine back in operation and my backup has been out of commission for a month.
I'm screwed 🙁
I know things have been insane, I went with Dillon equipment because of their warranty but at one month wait times I'm losing my faith in the blue koolaid. Is there someone I can call directly?
