I have a 1987 Square deal that’s seen lots of use but been idle for the last 5 years or so. I just remounted it and had problems with the primer system and sent the press to Dillon. Outstanding customer service—they rebuilt the press, cleaned and lubed it and fixed the primer system and even threw in a few spare parts. Total bill $0.00 with a 2 week turnaround time! This is the first time I’ve used their customer service but they have all my future business after honoring the lifetime no BS warranty after 30+ years!
