Handle hard to pool
Quote from Reloader on April 12, 2010, 2:52 amI was loading to day and it took all i had to get the handle up and down. I tore it all apart and it was comming from the Crank pin. I put some grease on it, but you really cant get in there. After moving it a bit it smoothed out. How can you remove that pin or grease it better.

Quote from Reloader on April 12, 2010, 8:55 pmThere is a set screw in the tang of the handle that locks this pin in place. Remove this set screw, push the pin out. If necessary use a wide punch and a plastic hammer to remove it. Clean off any transferred metal from the steel pin, grease the holes in the shaft, grease the hole in the handle, and grease the pivot pin. Reassemble, tighten the set screw until it stops, then back it up 1/8 turn.

Quote from Reloader on April 13, 2010, 4:43 ami beat it like no other and couldnt get it to budge so i read online to use pb blaster for three days and it should come out. Well needless to say the pb blaster made it move smooth as butter and I loaded around 200 rounds perfectly last night. tomorrow will be the third day and i will try to get it out again so I can lube it and clean it.
Next question is there any instructions on what all to clean, lube, or oil periodiclly. I purchased is used and would like to clean and lube her up. I have the spare parts kit so i have the grease.

Quote from Reloader on April 15, 2010, 3:38 pmIt takes a day or two from the time we print e-mail, respond, and type and send the response. I know I answered two queries about SDB lubing yesterday. Its cuz we get 2-300+ emails a day.
