Quote from Reloader on February 10, 2017, 2:27 pmThis is typical, as the case is sized to smaller than bullet diameter, then the expander opens it up to a uniform inside diameter. This funnel is a press-fit into a sized case, so effort will be needed to withdraw the funnel from the case.
New brass, and wet-cleaned brass lacks the light carbon coating on the inside that acts as a lubricant on this funnel. With new brass, tumble it for an hour to soften the sharp edges.
If wet-tumbling, instead of soap, use liquid car cleaner with wax in it.
