Help: Case mouth is larger AFTER crimping

Adding to my previous post. As I am trying to figure my crimping issue out, I see that the case mouth of my 9mm round is .3765 after bullet seating and .383 after. This is measured as close to the case mouth as possible without touching the bullet.

Ideas?
