Help identifying Dillon item
Quote from Reloader on November 23, 2014, 2:08 amHowdy. Mike - in El Paso.
A friend who is getting divorced and selling out his gear gave me some Dillon stuff. In particular, some sort of counter. I E-mailed Dillon direct several days ago, but have yet to receive a reply. Perhaps some of you can help.
The item appears to be some sort of counter. It is a rectantular gray case, Dillion Precision written on it in white. The numbers on the counter are white on a black background. It has 5 digits (max count 99,999), a knob on the right side for reseting the counter, and an actuating arm on the left side. The actuating arm has an extension shaft with an adjustable screw on it. The whole device is mounted on a metal plate, with a sort of spring-clamp on it.
What I seek if possible is a Dillon Part number, an estimated value (I keep a record of everything in the house for insurance etc) and a manual or document on how to use this device.
I would very much appreciate any information provided. So far my searches have been uncessful.

Quote from Reloader on November 23, 2014, 2:36 amDillon no longer sells the counter that is why you cannot find a number for it. Value is probably around $20. 'Spring' Clip to a second powder die running the shaft down the die. When a shell comes up in the powder die it moves the counter. Adjust as needed.

On E-Bay, counters sell between $20-35
